We want you to love your KB Hockey gear! Please read our return policy carefully as our products are made to order through our print partner, Printify.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.
However, if there is a defect, printing error, or the wrong item was sent, we’ll make it right — guaranteed.
To report an issue, please email babstockhockey@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

A description of the issue

A clear photo showing the problem
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll coordinate with Printify to resolve the issue quickly.
Non-returnable Items
Because all products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
